Houses are overpriced, especially in Alpine, NJ. I can't afford a McMansion on my janitor's salary.

"20-25% drop (Goldman Sachs predicted numbers, not my own)." Prices are down 25% in SoCal, so I guess we reached the bottom. YEAH! Buy now before prices go up!

It appears that Alpine has relisted his house for $995,000. The description says that the house has 2 kitchens. I guess real estate in New Jersey never goes down!!

The house is listed with Sotheby's in ALPINE, New Jersey!!!!!! It's Alpine's house all right. I can't wait to attend his open house. I will be sure to bring my kids Housing Bubble and Bubble Junior with me!
