Giving $250,000 to charity is a great idea Linus.  How about you start us off by giving $250k to charity.  I am sure there are lots of poor people in Texas who could benefit greatly from the money. 

You "buyers" have no idea what you are talimg about.  ANytime I run into a short sale, they almost always get multiple offers.  Of course, how would you doomers know?  You are not actively searching for a house.  Your just on ZIllow all day long posting gloom and doom.

"I am waiting to see if consensus is 25% below." You do know that most of the doomers here have nearly a dozen accounts, and will just simply switch accounts to foll you into thinking what the "consensus" thinks. 

You sellers should seriously try my strategy.  I am going to put my $$$ where my mouth is and list my house as a pre-foreclosure next week.

Rob, Maybe people don't interpret your posts the way you want them to because you present them in a vicious, aggressive, and angry manner.  It is great to have strong facts, but if you become the angry guy who yells at kids to get off his lawn, then nobody is gong to respect you.

I am also done posting on Zillow.  This time I mean it, unless some A Hole does something to really piss me off.  And for goodness sake subwayvigilante, stop accusing new posters of being me.  As I have clearly demonstrated, I can easily post under a second alias without you suspecting a thing.  In fact, you are the main reason I returned to Zillow after I said I was departing.  Good day!
