Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Sheridan, AR.
I am a first time home buyer and Sarah helped me tremendously. She treated me like a friend and gave sound advice about each property so that I wasn't buying the wrong property for my needs. She showed me every house I wanted to look at without hesitation and was more than patient and understanding. When I did finally find the house for me, she guided me through the entire process, again showing patience and concern that I was being treated fairly by all parties involved. Sarah will be the person I call if I ever needed to buy or even rent again. Thanks Sarah!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in White Hall, AR.
This is my second house to purchase but my husbands first. Sarah has been so helpful and honest about all the homes we looked at and never once seemed aggrevated that we looked at so many. She was very knowledgable about the area and the price ranges for the homes in our budget. We did purchase a home for which she showed us and my family and I love it!! She is awesome and have sent her clients as well. I highly recommend Sarah!!

Sold a home in 2012.
Sarah is really an excellent realtor. Very knowledgible on what she's doing. Help us a LOT on selling our home (negotiations, pricing, filling out paper works, etc.). I can call hear anytime and asked questions. Thanks Sarah. You did GREAT.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in White Hall, AR.
Sarah was great. This sale was very difficult to say the least and she pressed thru with flying colors. Sarah always responded when i called or e-mailed. If she didn't have an answer she called me back with an answer every time. Sarah ran all over meeting with people and negotiating this sale. I would recommend her to anyone (and already have) for a sale or purchase of a home. She has a great attitude and believe me this one could have caused stress if she had been that type of person but she pressed thru and did what was necessary for the sale to be completed in the difficult market that we currently have. Thanks again Sarah, you're super!
