Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $500K in Cornelius, NC.
My husband actually found Debe Maxwell online and thought that, after reading some of her articles that she not only knew the area, but would be a good fit to work with me. He was not able to help shop for homes due to travel for work, so Deb and I did all the work. She has thorough knowledge of her business and the area, she's personable, responsive and she negotiated a very tough deal for us. Sold a home in 2010.
We feel like Debe is part of the family! She's helped us buy and sell three homes now and she knows her business like no other agent. Her community connections are ever so helpful to her customers who are relocating to the area; she makes sure that the best service vendors are used for every aspect of the process.
