Last week, I asked a similar question but, I'm curious from a real estate professional's point of view.  For instance...we use various sites for blogging, research and marketing.  If you could combine all of those sites into one, what would they include.  (The ability to blog, direct message, instant message, find critical data...)  What sites do you use and what aspects of each are most important to you?

Absolutely, Jerry!  We always have to be 'thinking ahead' or we'll quickly be left behind!  The mobile apps are very popular for us.  We track our links and mobile is really gaining popularity.  Always tweaking our sites--it's a never-ending job, isn't it?!

Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment.  I too have favorite 'portions' of all of the sites that my clients utilize in their home searches.  I would love to have one that had everything that they need.  For instance--I love the listings on Realtor.com but, they're out-dated a good portion of the time.  I love the maps, ease of home search, homeownership and demographic information on Zillow but, have never been crazy about the Zestimates because of the confusion that it causes some buyers and sellers.  Trulia's consumer Q&A gets alot of attention and agents flock there to be the 'most helpful' to a customer-in-need!  Any other 'loves' or dislikes or even other sites that you find your clients searching?

Pasadenan - Excellent feedback.  I too love the idea of having the ability to view gif or jpg with no flash player.  

We all have our preferences pertaining to the various real estate websites that we utilize.  What aspects of each of the sites you most frequent are most important to you?  What could you do without?

I would not take the advice of anyone here unless they're a tax attorney or CPA.  I would definitely seek professional advice before making any financial decisions with relation to bankruptcy.  Good luck!

I had to figure that one out too but, didn't realize that it wasn't that simple since I've gotten used to it now!   It would be nice if there was just a box that you checked and unchecked, period!

  I had a client phone to tell me that phone # is wrong!  I need to make that change ASAP!  There is no 'edit' button any longer!
