Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Stanton, CA.
Garrett was the third agent I had used. His knowledge, skills and motivation was fantastic. I had used agents that had been in the field for years and Garrett's expertise far surpassed them. He made sure I found just the perfect place and did whatever he had to do to get the job done. Bought a Multi Family home in 2012 for approximately $650K in Dana Point, CA.
My husband and I worked with Garrett Gebhart on several investment properties as well as referring him to my sister for her residential purchase. He was extremely professional in all our dealings and very responsive to our requests, questions and needs. Garrett was always available and worked very well with each of the listing and escrow agents involved in our transactions, looking out for our interests as his buyers and solving any problems that arose with expedience. His research and knowledge of the market is excellent as he negotiated price and contractual elements thoughtfully and professionally. We highly recommend him.

Garrett was very helpful when he helped us buy our first home. We told him what we were looking for and he only showed us homes in that category. Garrett made himself available on any days were able to go out a see houses. He was very prompt when it came to making offers on a home and he helped make it easy to understand the lingo since we were first time buyers. He did not presure us to make any offers on anything we did not like, he was respectful of our wants and needs. With his help we were able to buy our new home in just 3 months. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

As first time buyers, both my wife and I were very intimidated by the whole process. Having someone like Garrett to help us through this whole process was amazing! Garrett made himself available at any time to answer one of the many hundreds of questions we had, and always made us feel like we were his most important clients. Before we knew it, we were handed the keys to our new home. We could not have done it without the know-how, understanding, patience, and can-do attitude that Garrett brought to the table.
If you are lucky enough to have a real estate agent half as good as Garrett, you have found a good agent.

dreamed of. At the same time there was no pressure felt or disapointment from him
in the long process of finding the right home. He took the information from the homes
that were not our match, and did his research on what we liked and what we didn't

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Ontario, CA.
Garrett was awesome!! I had just let a Realtor go that i was working with that was a nightmare. I told Garrett the areas i was looking for and price of course... I never called him more than once when i needed him and was pleasantly surprised that he was at each home that we looked at before i was. I was buying by myself so he made sure everything was in great shape and that it went smoothly for me. ( I think if i told him to mow my yard cuz i cant do it he would have done it! Ha... Ha...) Joking aside I would recommend Garrett to family and friends without even the slightest hesitation. Great experience! Thanks Frida

Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Fullerton, CA.
Garrett did an outstanding job while finding me the perfect house to buy. I was pretty set in what I wanted and he did everything he could to find it. He was very patient and said "ill show you as many properties as I have to, till we find the one you love." I never felt pressure from to put in an offer...only unless it was one I wanted. Once we found the house, he stayed on top of everything along the way, calling me imidiately with any changes good or bad. We closed the deal, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for. A exceeding my expectations.

Garrett was always available to answer questions and return phone calls. He took the time needed to look at as many properties as necessary to figure out what I wanted. For as difficult as purchasing a house is, he helped the process tremendously.

Bought a home in 2011.
I want to commend Garrett Gebhart on the excellent job he has done throughout the whole buying a house process. He has taken the expression "above and beyond" to another level in my opinion!
Whether it was taking the time to search for the perfect home, arranging an appointment with a handyman for home repairs, doing research for data, working late to fit my schedule or simply lending a hand whenever I needed it most - I am truly grateful for having to work with such a dedicated Real Estate agent.
