Joe Schutt REALTOR, ABR, e-Pro, LMC, green, Energy Star Certified; a native of Massachusetts joined Gibson Sotheby's International Realty more than five years ago. Before establishing himself as a real estate professional, Joe worked in the fields of retail banking and investment management. As anyone who knows Joe can tell you, he is driven by his passions. Topping that list are a marked love for Boston living, helping and meeting new people, service excellence and his family that includes three precocious Miniature Schnauzers. Nothing pleases Joe more than delivering results that allow others to enjoy the Boston area as much as he does.

Despite being recognized as a top producing agent for Gibson Sotheby's, Joe finds time to be involved in the community all over Boston. Currently he is a member of the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay and he holds an executive position within the Uphams Corner Main Streets program and BostonDog.org. Additionally Joe's civic interests run toward the Animal Rescue League, Home Start and his own charitable venture, Homes for Charity, a program whereby Joe donates a portion of his income for every real estate transaction he secures. Most recently, Joe has become active within the Greater Boston Real Estate Board's Technology Committee and Education Committee enabling him to contribute to bettering the profession of real estate.
