Russ and his team were simply outstanding in handling the sale of my home. Russ took the time to explain the whole process when we first sat down, outlined a clear plan of action and immediately started moving forward. I was amazed at how much he knows about the real estate market. After we received multiple offers on my home, he suggested that we counter 3 offers and got ten more thousand on top of the highest offer received. I couldn't be happier with Russ and his team who made my home selling process fast and enjoyable.

Can't say any more, Russ is so professional and helpful for all my process of house purchasing, includes price negotiating, credit, loan and other staffs. I like the efficiency of communication with him. He replied so fast whenever I asked a question, don't mention that he is so knowledgable about the house market and the real value of the house. I recently purchased my second home with Russ. The process from start to finding the house of our dreams took about six weeks. We did not know exactly what we wanted but Russ was very patient started showing us several properties so we can narrow down the type of house and location we need. Every weekend we would spend time reviewing the listings and making a game plan before setting out on the house tour with Russ. When we did finally find our house, Russ decided it would be best to present the offer in person. He stayed deep into the night on his weekend working on a counter offer and getting the offer ratified the same day.

Once we were in contract, Russ managed everything like a true professional. He did his own walk through and kept the pressure on to close escrow in 30 days. I had to travel for close to two weeks during this time and Russ maintained a schedule to be able to talk to me during my day in London.

If there was a six star I would give it to Russ! If you have him on your team, you can rest assured that he would handle your transaction like it was his own home he was buying and selling.
