Scott Patterson became a member of the Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell, Inc. Realtor team in early 1997, as a Realtor in their Coral Gables office. Since then, Scott has implemented and expanded EWM into new markets in Golden Beach, Harbor Beach, Rio Vista, Las Olas, Lighthouse Point, Hollywood, Sunny Isles, Golden Isles and Aventura.

In less than a decade, Patterson has sold more than $155 million in real estate to join EWM’s Chairman’s Club at the elite top 10. But unlike many high-end sales associates who focus exclusively on a specific market area or product, Patterson markets single-family estate homes, luxury condominiums and waterfront home sites – from Miami to Palm Beach County. “Many affluent buyers come to Florida seeking a lifestyle of relaxation in a spacious residence with all the latest features,” says Patterson. “I am able to show buyers different types of communities and residences throughout South Florida”.
