From the moment I met Wendy I knew I was going to be in good hands through the sale of my home. In our first meeting I was amazed at how prepared she was and knowledgeable about the local market. When she shared with me her ideas on how much I could list my home for and how fast she believed we'd gain interest, I frankly was skeptical. But I have to say, she was right on! Bought a home in 2014 in Town of Hampton, NH.

A friend suggested Wendy when I mentioned that I should get an appraisal of my home. My daughter and I had lived together since the passing of my wife and after my daughter graduated college and landed a good job, she wanted a place of her own. I needed to find out what my home was worth so that I could help her and get a nice condo for myself. Wendy came over, appraised my property and asked a few questions. One of which was "what I wanted for myself". Kiddingly I told her I wanted a condo at the beach with a two car garage, a fireplace and I wanted it cheap. That night there were 5 or 6 listing in my in box from Wendy with those qualifications and in the price range I had set. Who knew?? Over the next few weeks, Wendy helped my daughter find a very nice affordable condo for a young single woman. She also helped me find a suitable condo at the beach and sell my home to help pay for it all. For both of those places she negotiated with the sellers to resolve issues found during the home inspections. She hooked me up with a good mortgage broker and a good law firm to protect my interests and helped out a lot when issues with the sale of my old property cropped up. Wendy is very good at her job.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $375K in Windham, NH.
