Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $800K in Cambridgeport, Cambridge, MA.
I have just purchased a condo in Cambridge and I can honestly say I could not have done it without Spencer! Anyone out there currently looking to buy will know that it is a very tough market, with few options, but Spencer was proactive and went above and beyond to find the specific property that worked for us. My search was complicated by the fact that I was conducting it long distance -- so many times I would see something on the internet, and relied on Spencer to pre-screen, so that the limited time that I did have in Cambridge was well spent. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $650K in Somerville, MA.
We worked with Spencer for nearly a year as we searched for our future home in Somerville and got to know each other quite well during the process. From our very first meeting, we knew that Spencer really "got" us. We trusted him, his opinion and his expertise.
Throughout the process, he alerted to homes coming on the market that suited our needs and wishes, always getting us in to see properties ASAP. And it was that quick action that eventually landed us the home that we bought.
When we did eventually decide to purchase a home, Spencer helped us write a strong offer that was accepted the same day we submitted it. From that point on, Spencer provided us with detailed guidance on the rest of the home-purchasing process, from recommending an excellent inspector to making sure all our paperwork and financing were in line prior to the closing, Spencer was with us each step of the way.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Arlington, MA.
We purchased a condo in Arlington this past November with Spencer helping us from start to finish. When we first met Spence, it was apparent he knew the area and was well educated in the real estate business.
We had a list of things we were looking for in a condo, as well as a location that was convenient to the T and work. Spencer not only met but exceeded those expectations.
Early on in the process we looked at and liked a property that Spencer thought was overpriced and not the right fit for us. Although it would have been a quick easy sale for him, he convinced us that there was a condo out there that would meet our wish list.
We looked at many properties with Spence, he was always accommodating to our schedules and when that right condo came along, he guided us through the process without a hitch.
