"Are you freaking kidding me?   How can this be the time to buy?  Record number of layoffs....who gives a crud what a house price and interest rates are if you may not have a J-O-B soon!   I know so many people who have had their pay cut.....geesh."!Amazing isn't it?  Realtor Bob telling us 02 - 03 prices are a sign to buy.We are going to blow right through 02 - 03 like it wasn't even there ---WHAMO.
