Better to buy a cheaper house at higher interest rate:Lower property taxes.Deduct interest.Better chance to refinance at lower rate it future.Also its good to wait now because we are at the top of the biggest worldwide housing bubble in history. Prices have only begun their epic slide. We will all be amazed.

"I think it's a lot sooner than 2020..."If it comes a lot sooner it will have to come via a crushed dollar. I hope that's not the case. Not everyone has to buy a house, but everyone has to eat.
