At the risk of sounding overly effusive, I have to say that of the five mortgage closings I have participated in in my life, this one was by far the best. I started out by requesting quotes from dozens of lenders, through Zillow and elsewhere, and Danielle quickly rose to the top of the pile and stayed there by consistently and completely answering all my questions and quoting what proved to be the best rates. As she can attest, I am somewhat anal about asking tons of "what if..." questions, and her answers were always unfailingly prompt, thorough, and accurate. I read rogerwilson's curious "review" "Lenders fee's are additional charges, some loan folks try to say the title ins isn't a lenders fee and then hide the fact by adding to closing cost." While this may be true for some lenders, I can categorically say that it doesn't apply to Danielle. She was very clear about all the fees and to whom they were paid, and even went out of her way to give us suggestions for how to save money on title insurance. It was a great experience, and if I ever refinance again (which seems unlikely because my rate is so low), I'll call Danielle first.
