Bought a home in 2013.
We were relocating to the Fox Valley area and found that Stacey was not only knowledgeable about the area but was very helpful in educating us about the neighborhoods and qualities of each home we looked at. She was available for the dates and times we were able to visit the area and look at available properties. Very prompt in returning phone calls and/or emails. Kept us informed throughout the entire purchasing process. She was passionate about her work and truly a joy to work with!

Stacey was very responsive to our questions - even on the weekends! Good follow-up. Always had solutions to help work through problems that came up during the selling process. Very upbeat and energetic. She knows her stuff and we would recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Appleton, WI.
Stacey and her associates have been wonderful to work with. If she wasn't available, she arranged for another realtor to meet me for showings. We bought out condo through her, and will soon put our prior home on the market with her help. She met with me the first day I called, prepared with comparables to support what we'll list our house at. I then met with 2 other realtors, who, with more notice, were less prepared.

Sold a home in 2013.
Stacey was the perfect agent for me. I was looking to sell my house in a hassle-free manner and could not have had a better experience. From Day 1, Stacey took the initiative and made sure that a good listing price was chosen. As this was a rental property, she made all of the arrangements with my tenants. Within 5 days of listing, my house was sold. I am so grateful for all of the work Stacey did and for the positive results.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Neenah, WI.
My wife an I recently hired Stacey to sell our home. We then found a home that we really liked however it had a contingent offer. Luckily Stacey sold our house in one week due to the connections that she has in the Fox Valley. We then bought the home we loved through Stacey and it worked out wonderful. The deal was a 3 way deal which brough up many different snags along the way but Stacey dealt with each one as they came up efficiently and effectively. We have recommended Stacey to several friends and I am confident that she will deliver once again!

Stacey was very helpful. My last home purchase was over 12 years ago and she guided me through the process with knowledge and understanding. Stacey and her team were absolutely great to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, great sense of humor, and extremely easy to contact with questions. I really liked how she would send quick updates via text message too.
In addition to her outstanding professionalism, every contractor she recommended was just as great as she was. From the home inspector to the radon mitigation folks, she made great recommendations. I am a relatively skeptical person by nature, and Stacey earned my trust- that says a lot.
