Where do I start...I was searching for homes for the first time, and I lucked out by asking a question on Zillow about a property that I thought was listed in the wrong location on the site. Stacey quickly gave me a call to tell me about the mistake, and then inquired about what I was looking for. The next day she already had a list of homes to help give me a push start into the search for my first home. All she cared about was that I was interested and happy with the home, and never once tried to push me into anything I didn't want or was on the fence about just to sell a house. With her great connections in the community she knew about a new house that was coming back on the market before other people found out, and she knew it was exactly what I was looking for, so she gave me a call past office hours to inform me about it before someone else could get a chance with it. She even took a separate trip over there just to show my parents the house before I settled on it. I know I was blessed to have Stacey as my Realtor, and if it wasn't for her I would not have had my first house already become the house of my dreams. She went well beyond her job to always make sure I understood everything and that I had the smoothest time with my home search. Stacey and I still keep in touch, and she continues to fill me in on what I should expect with changing taxes and everything else a first time home owner would have no clue about! I know she was "just doing her job", but I can't thank Stacey enough for everything that she did for me, and I owe my first home all to her.

I was looking for a house to rent. Stacey Ross was the property manager of a property I initially chose to move into. The first day I moved in I discovered that it was roach infested and immediately called to get the lease voided and the issue resolved. I was given an ultimatum of either moving in or getting only my security deposit back minus an expense for changing the locks and other fees, even though I had never moved in. Kept 1st month rent & security deposit, and I never moved in because the unit was roach infested. I provided detailed information of the infestation and that there were roaches in the dishwasher and refrigerator, and Stacey refused to replace the appliances, and even though I never moved in, and until this day kept my security deposit and 1st months rent.
