i would recommend Staci in a heart beat..She had contacted me before I came to NC from CT. I received and email to welcome me to the area when I arrived and a phone call to make a time to start the showing of homes. I myself not know a whole lot about the area,buying a home or the process. She was right on top of things with plenty of answers and knowledge in words to easily understand. I felt l was along with a friend who take me in the right direction. Staci took time to look for all the options I had and sent me listings by email for me to check out. I was in NC for a week and found the perfect home in three days. In this short time I learned more about the area and people than i ever expected. I think my husband back in Ct was anxious to meet her from all my talking about her.

As a first time seller - this whole experience was new and somewhat overwhelming for me - however, Staci guided me through the process easing my concerns and aprehensions preparing me for anything that may arise. She was vey honest and up front with feedback and any issues and/or concerns. Mostly I was impressed with her work ethic and tenacity for "closing the deal" as unfortunately we had a sub-par buyer's agent. I was glad I had her on my side constantly working. I would recommend her to anyone!
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $700K in Kannapolis, NC.
Staci was a great help with explaining the contract we signed to have her as our agent. We had already found the house on our own and just needed a realtor to submit the offer.
There were several offers and counter offers that required me to make the 30 minute trip to her office to get papers to sign. I felt like I was working for her rather than her working for us. It has been my experience in the past that the agent would bring those papers to me instead of me taking them to her.
She had her vacation scheduled a week prior to our closing and had another agent help with items at closing.

The buyer and her dad met me at my office twice. The first for the initial contract and the second which the buyer requested as she hoped to see the house, as it was 5 minutes from the office. It was always my understanding that my office was his preference. I was never asked to come to their home or would most certainly have done so. As for my planning my vacation to Hawaii a week prior to their closing. The vacation was planned and paid for a year prior to meeting the client. I arranged for another agent that I was confident would do a great job, to be there with them through the week of closing and was in contact with that agent daily. My understanding was he did an Awesome job and everything went smoothly. I followed up on my return home and was told they were very happy with his work.

We have used Staci several times . We have recommended her to friends and family. She was very helpful and knowledgable abut the process we needed to go through, she was also very good to have at the closing to look out for our best interest. The process was fast with no problems, no delays or hidden fees. We will use her again on our next purchase.
