    Bought a home in 2014.

    There are lots of good realtors in Denver, but Stacy and her husband Alex aren't some of them. This is the third home I've purchased and by far they have been the worst realtors I've worked with.

    While much of the blame must be assigned to the seller/builder on this project, and the Neirs tried to assign all blame to the builder, but they are working with them on another project, so it says a lot about their integrity.

    During the 9 month build/purchase process the Neirs were horrible communicators, and required constant follow ups. They would consider one or two word "no update" as sufficient and then we would have to follow up several more times to get answers. We had questions and they were unable to secure answers. Other times, we would get emails with messages like "we think we mentioned" or "we meant to tell you." Several of our questions and issues were not brought to the attention of the seller, which is pure laziness from this team.

    As a transaction broker (representing buyer and seller), they were supposed to remain neutral throughout the process. This couldn't have been further than what actually happened. They favored and did a much better job representing the seller.

    They provided inaccurate, or flat out incorrect advice on several occasions and at no point did they apologize for their many mistakes. Several errors occurred during the building process, but it was up to us (the sellers) to recognize the mistakes and follow up to make sure they were remedied. Even the contracts they had to manage and oversee had mistakes. Sometimes prices were incorrect, other times they were listed as buyer's agent, other times seller's agent, other times transaction broker. Attention to detail and accuracy are clearly not strengths of these realtors.

    Save yourself the hassle and do not work with them.

    Well I guess after 16 years of positive reviews we would eventually have one unhappy customer. And unfortunately, despite our countless hours of conference calls, hundred of emails, a broker concession from us to them AND the offering of our own personal home as a temporary housing solution, some people will just never be happy no matter how good of a broker you are and no matter how much you do for them!

    Bought a home in 2014.

We were on a mission to find a house pretty quickly due to a relocation and Stacy scheduled 11 showings in one day! Her knowledge of the area and of all the properties was priceless, as was her patience. We found a house that day and made an offer. Stacy has become even more invaluable to us since then, keeping us on track with all the deadlines and milestones, helping us through the mazes of contracts, inspections, mortgage needs, etc. I don't know what we would have done without her. She makes it seem easy! I am so thankful that we went with Stacy. What could have easily been a stressful, tense experience ended up exciting and positive in no small part thanks to Stacy and Laura Fuller.     Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $500K in Stapleton, Denver, CO.

    We contacted Stacy after having lost two previous homes to other offers and appraisal issues. She quickly helped us find a new home and win a multiple offer situation.
