Another reason I sell so low is because im not greedy !!! Let everyone get a piece of the pie and enjoy this thing we do !! There is enough money to be made out there so lets not be greedy !!...How much is the average buyer going to make !?? How about between 20k - 50k on average. Anomilies Detected.....!??
Anomalies being detected in this property were not due to deals not being arms length. The properties come in low because I offer them well below market value because they are all in need of rehab work. The property will appraise for market value after any and all work required is completed. People question how I can sell my properties so low....and the answer is.... I buy low !!! Why sell at a ridiculous price and hope to sell ...when I can make some money ...the buyer can make some money ....and that buyer can make money or realize some nice equity in the property !!

why only $49,000? you paid $165,000?? dosent make sense

I didn't pay 165K. Im in the Business of making money not giving it away !!...My properties are all priced below market value...and my investors all make money because we leave them room for a profit margin. How big depends on the investor, and how smart they Rehab. Remember its a Rehab Property...Not a Remodel Job.
