Working with Stefan during our home buying and building process was an excellent experience. He is attentive, thorough, and makes a normally frustrating process very enjoyable. Stefan first took the time to sit down with us to explain the buying process. While it seemed unnecessary at first, it really helped to clarify the process and allow for very few surprises. I know that Stefan likes to have a good time, but during his initial approach and during the business-portion of our meetings, he is a true professional.

We looked at several houses before actually deciding to build. Stefan was with us at every walk-through. He was very patient and never pressured us into buying and gave us a real opinion about what he thought of a house that did or did not fit what we were looking for.

This was our first home buying and home building experience. We had several people giving us good advice and Stefan was one of those people. He has access to many builders in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids area. He wasn't initially familiar with our builder, but after getting to know the operation, he assured us that we were in good hands and were getting a quality product. He always picked up the phone when we called and answered all questions in good time and accurately.

At the time of closing Stefan didn't disappoint. He handled all negotiations and he made the paperwork and breeze because he was so prepared.

I have heard some horror stories about realtors in both Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. I knew Stefan personally before we did any business and that was why I decided to give him a shot. He impressed from the start and I would definitely use him again to sell our current home and find our future home.

I recommend all of my friends to use Stefan as a resource if you are even thinking of buying or selling a home in the Corridor area.…More Less
