Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Sioux Falls, SD.
Amazing. She truly goes above and beyond and put up with us looking at about a bazillion houses before we found one that we really liked. She was patient and flexible and took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for (she could usually tell me if I was going to like the house or not before we walked in the door, even though I insisted checking them out anyway- and she was usually right!) :) Very sweet lady! Bought a home in 2011.
We moved to Sioux Falls and didn't know for sure which part of town we wanted to settle in. We met her at an open house and instantly knew she would be a great fit for us! She asks a ton of questions so she can best meet your needs and goes the extra mile without hesitation. She helps you think "outside the box" and we ended up with the perfect home for us!! Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Tea, SD.
Stefanie was very helpful in getting us the house we wanted and getting ours sold quickly. Within a week of us contacting her she had a wonderful interior designer come in and stage (or declutter) our house, had professional pictures taken and had it listed in the MLS. We feel she did a great job at pricing our house at the right price to yield us what we wanted yet sell quickly. She negotiated very well on our buy side to get us the best price on the home that we wanted. She has many contacts that we used throughout this process and they all were just wonderful as well.
