We were looking for a condo/townhome in the Bryan/College Station area, and Stephanie was an agent recommended on the internet in that area with published great reviews. So we decided to contact her and I am glad we did! She is a very honest, open, patient, and knowledgeable agent that went out of her way to help us find a home within a price range that we were looking for. She was very interested in understanding our needs ("must haves"), the price we were willing to pay, the absolute deal killers, and then she presented properties that matched those requirements. She is very knowledgeable about the Bryan/College Station area and neighborhoods, and quickly pointed out both positive and negative aspects to consider for each property we visited or considered. Stephanie is very personable and listened to our feedback throughout the process. We did buy a condo and she helped us through the negotiation process, property inspections, etc and we feel that she saved us money! Without hesitation we would highly recommend Stephanie.

It was quite Providential that I came in contact with Stephanie - I stumbled across her on the internet - we were living in Louisiana and knew our long range plan was to move to Texas. Knowing that information - our intent not to buy for at least a year - that didn't deter Stephanie in the least! Over the months, she sent us upcoming events that were happening in the Bryan/College Station area - that we could 'look forward' to once we moved to Texas. She was always available via telephone and email - even with questions and concerns I had about our attempts to sell our house in Louisiana. Actually, she had an awesome idea which I think made a difference to potential buyers from Louisiana - even my 'Louisiana agent' was agreeable - leaving flyers on our kitchen table of our house highlights in English and Spanish! By the time our house eventually sold in Louisiana almost two years later - we had formed a wonderful relationship with Stephanie. Having come to know and trust her over those almost two years, it was with great ease that we were able to find our home in College Station - she had grown to know us so well. She is a wonderful agent, interested in her clients, knowledgeable about homes on the market as well as neighborhoods - their assets and/or potential conflicts with our interests, she is patient, and ever so personable. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Stephanie.

After talking to a number of agents in the Bryan/CS area while looking for a house, we were fortunate enough to work with Stephanie on the purchase of the property. Stephanie laid out a number of properties that fit our requirements and took the time to show us each property and explain the pros & cons of each neighborhood. Once we decided to go to contract, she handled every detail including the negotiations on the contract, inspections, repair estimates, title work, closing and utility transfers.
Stephanie is a real professional and still today, 1 1/2 years later, I still call her for names of trades to work on the property and I can always count on her prompt response.
We are her client for life!
