When my wife and I started looking for a home we started with another realtor from a different agency. Why I waited so long to let go of whom we were working with, I think it was that I didn't want to start over with someone new. Our first realtor found one house out of 49 houses that was with in the area we wanted to be, but the house was to small. Even if the other houses were of right size they were beyond where we wanted to live and not in the greastest of neighborhoods. I'm pretty sure I was not being to picky as far as being a buyer. I wanted a old home, bungalow style with a detacthed garage. My wife met Stephanie Thompson and she listened and delivered what we were looking for. After loosing a few bids here and there because of flippers and money ungry banks, 6 homes later we bought our 1920 bungalow with detacthed garage and as well a mother in law appartment. I talk to Stephanie from time to time because in the short process of searching homes she became a good friend because of here all around great personality. Not once did she ever strike me as like my first realtor who expected me to shove out another $30 grand just to buy something I didn't want to be in. Stephanie knew our budget and worked with us. If you already have a realtor and your experience is like my first realtor, then call Stephanie. Dont wait because your house is out there and the more houses you look at with your other realtor, most likely it will be sold by the time you do find it..
