My wife and I just bought our first home thanks to this outstanding Realtor. She goes above and beyond every aspect of her job. You simply can't ask for someone better to walk you through every step of the process and help ensure you have covered every requirement of the buying process. Stephanie showed exceptional professionalism throughout the process of selling our home. She answered all of our calls promptly and kept us informed of market trends in the area as well as web site activity showing interest in the property. She always had a positive attitude and was very encouraging.
From the beginning Stephanie worked with us to make sure our home was ready to show and that we were comfortable with a price. We were impressed at the facts about our home and community she compiled at our first meeting in preparation for placing our home on the market again. In addition to creating booklets to share with potential buyers, the websites she used were easily accessed and the description of the property and the community was thorough and informative. The pictures were great and the virtual tour was very impressive and showed our home exactly as it was. Her presentation was so good that we honestly had second thoughts about selling our home!
