Bought a home in 2012.
My wife and I just bought our first home thanks to this outstanding Realtor. She goes above and beyond every aspect of her job. You simply can't ask for someone better to walk you through every step of the process and help ensure you have covered every requirement of the buying process. She has certainly earned our respect unlike others I have met. I will simply say that if you are looking to buy a home, don't wast your time with any other realtor. Thanks Stephanie!

Stephanie showed exceptional professionalism throughout the process of selling our home. She answered all of our calls promptly and kept us informed of market trends in the area as well as web site activity showing interest in the property. She always had a positive attitude and was very encouraging.
From the beginning Stephanie worked with us to make sure our home was ready to show and that we were comfortable with a price. We were impressed at the facts about our home and community she compiled at our first meeting in preparation for placing our home on the market again. In addition to creating booklets to share with potential buyers, the websites she used were easily accessed and the description of the property and the community was thorough and informative. The pictures were great and the virtual tour was very impressive and showed our home exactly as it was. Her presentation was so good that we honestly had second thoughts about selling our home!
We would highly recommend Stephanie Wilson to anyone selling or buying a home.

Stephanie is an A+ realtor! She communicates very well and has your best interest at heart. I was very impressed with Stephanie's communication wtih us throughout the process. She always called you when she said she would and if you left a voicemail you'd hear from her before the day was over. She was constantly asking questions about what we wanted in our new home and knew so much she could've picked one out for us! Stephanie is very passionate about selling homes and finding that 'dream' home for you. She sold our home within 2 months when it had been on the market for 3 years with another realtor. She works her tail off and always has a smiling face! I would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy or sell. She truely is a wonderful person!

Bought a home in 2011.
Stephanie and her team were an enormous help to us every step of our home buying process. They made all the necessary calls and moves needed to get us into a home as quickly and efficiently as possible. There was no question they could not answer, no deadline they could not meet, and always made sure we understood what was going on. Being first time home buyers, that was very important to us. They showed us 19 houses over the span of a couple months and never tried to pressure us or push us into a hasty decision. There is no way we could have gotten thru this process without Stephanie and her team. We are so very grateful for all that they have done for us. If anyone needs a realtor, she is the one you need!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Somerville, AL.
Stephanie is an amazing real estate professional! She has the ability to make your dream home a reality. She helped me purchase my first home when I was unsure about all the details of purchasing a home. She always returned phone calls and walked me through step by step. It was her diligence, wisdom, encouragement and inspiration that opened my eyes to see that I could do this. Without her I would have given up or paid more than I should have. She was able to provide me with options for loan officers, home inspectors and all the professionals that are needed in purchasing a home. From the first phone call to the final hug goodbye Stephanie gave her all in helping my dreams come true. Thank you Stephanie! I would most definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.
Enough cannot be said about Stephanie's ethics and honesty.. this is what impressed me the most.
