When it was time to buy a new home, Stephany was the first person that I called. This was right as the market was starting to get crazy in early 2013 and Stephany was right on top of negotiations when three others put offers on the house I had my eyes set on. It was through her advice and skill that I came out on top. Throughout the whole nerve racking experience, she was right there - often answering my questions within minutes and going out of her way to get certain documents to me because I was out of town during part of the escrow.

Anyone buying and financing their first piece of real estate is in for a crash course on what can be a complex and emotional process that requires understanding and accepting all types of risks within a very short timeframe.
