Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2011 for approximately $400K in The Fan, Richmond, VA.
Having bought and sold multiple properties over the years, I have had lots of experience with realtors, and I have hit the whole spectrum, from wanting to pull my hair out before my contract ran out, to great satisfaction! Stephen Carroll is definitely top end--possibly the very best realtor with whom I have ever worked. I chose him by looking online and in the newspaper for a company that listed a lot of properties in my zone. Then I perused their websites, searching for someone with experience and a good record in selling commercial properties, as I was selling a triplex. From the moment I first contacted Stephen, his professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm for his work was apparent. The really good thing about Stephen is that this continued throughout the life of the transaction, and I was never once disappointed in his performance. A couple of times, tricky contractual situations arose, and Stephen’s knowledge of real estate law and attention to detail proved invaluable. I was amazed at how many potential buyers he brought for showings, and within one month I had a lucrative contract! I feel I ought to present something less than positive, to give balance to this review, yet I honestly can think of nothing bad to say about Stephen Carroll!
