HE IS VERY EASY TO TALK TO, AND WHEN YOU ASK HIM HIS ADVICE, HE GIVES IT WHEATHER GOOD OR BAD. HE HELPED ME FIND PEOPLE WHO COULD DO SOME EXTRA WORK ON THE HOUSE. His calm demeanor inspires trust and throughout a difficult purchase of a short-sale property he proved worthy of that trust at every step. Steve had well considered and accurate answers for all of our questions and was able to anticipate next steps and help us prepare for issues that might arise.
Steve is a great communicator, professional and poised both on the phone and via email/text. He was quick to respond and very respectful of our time.
