Bought a home in 2012.
The best realtor we have ever met. We started looking for homes two years ago, and have been working with few other realtors, but they are not good enough. In the past two years we talked and interviewed about a dozen of realtors, finally we choose Steve. He worked closely with us and our broker to get the deal done. His hardworking, constant communications, straight forward explanations helped us a lot, Without him, we may lost the deal. He is the best realtor.

Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $350K in Brisbane, CA.
I worked with Steve on several projects and he has been very knowledgeable and helpful to us. Steve helped us to evict tenants so that we can sell the properties and he also provide remodeling ideas so that we can sell our properties at a better price. Steve is one of the more ethical and professional realtors that I work with.

Bought a Apartment home in 2011 in North Valley, San Jose, CA.
I found this Bay Broker through Google and was drawn to their intuitive MLS search. I had tried a few national Realty websites but this one seemed more straightfoward and gave me a simple option to search for my new home. I met with Steve Atkinson and I understand he is the Broker for the company. With so many Realtors in the Bay Area I thought it would be wise to trust an actual Broker for the experience he offered.
Mr Atkinson listened to all my concerns, guiding me away from properties that I thought seemed OK. He seems to have a good knowledge about construction and this was a bonus on the older style of home I was drawn to. We made a few (lowball) offers and this served as a wake up call that it is difficult to 'steal' a home in a great area. Having said that, I believe that Steve was excellent in his presentation of my offer to the Sellers and I am more than happy with my final purchase price and the level of service through to closing.
This is my 2nd home purchase and I would highly recommend both Steve Atkinson and his company Bay Broker. A true professional and a great guy.
