Stephen Bremis was the only bright light in a relatively horrible buying experience in Somerville. Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Somerville, MA.
Steve and his AMAZING team are without a doubt the best in the biz! We listed our condo at the end of March and had a full price offer within the first few weeks! The entire process from listing to closing took exactly two months and I credit the talent and expertise of this top notch team for getting is our full asking price! Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Shrewsbury, MA.
Steve and his staff sold my home in Everett in under 6 weeks! And it sold for more than I expected. I don't know of any other realtor who could have accomplished that. I can't say enough about the entire Bremis Team. Their knowledge and respectful, courteous assistance made me feel great about the entire experience.
