Sold a home in 2011.
I have been very satisfied working with Steve. He is very honest, easy to work with, and very knowledgable. I would not trust anyone else with my real estate transactions in San Diego.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $1.625M in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA.
We were introduced to Steve by a mutual aquaintence. From the beginning of our search for a home in San Diego, Steve and his assistant, Lisa Persh were informative, professional and friendly. They heard us when we explained what we wanted and helped us find our house in short order. The transaction went smoothly and we were very pleased with our experience. When it came time to sell the house, again, Steve and Lisa helped us through the process. I would not even think about using anyone else, I would recommend them to all my family and friends who a thinking of a home in the San Diego area.

My husband and I worked with Steve on the purchase of our first home. Steve was professional, patient, and helped us get a great deal. He helped us make a very informed decision, and we are thrilled with our home. We will definitely work with him again!

Bought a home in 2010.
Steve is "THE guy" to go to in the beach area in San Diego! He was so honest and helpful. We looked for a whole year for the right property and he didn't try to talk us into properties that weren't good investments. He took special care to let us know when something came up that was a great deal or when a previous property we liked dropped their price. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him in the future.

Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2007 in Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, CA.
I listed my rental property for sale with Steve less than four years ago, after interviewing 4 other broker/agents for the job. They were all very impressive brokers, but Steve was realistic, personable, had more local knowledge and experience, and seemed to be the right person for the job! My husband and I both agreed that he should be the one to handle our sale, once we had finished meeting with all of the brokers. What surprised me was how he personally prepared me for the sale and what to expect, and how he was involved enough to give me detailed direction about how to prepare my building to be put onto the market. It was at a time when the market was fairly soft, so he directed me to make it a VERY attractive duplex, competing with buildings that were not as old as mine.
I appreciated that he was realistic about the sale price, and negotiated a beautiful deal for me! He and his assistant Lisa were always there to answer questions, to guide me through the process, to give me updates and ample time to ready my tenants for showings. It didn't hurt that I have known him since he was a youth, but he has grown into a very personable and savvy sales person with stellar character. My husband and I are so happy that we worked with Steve, and will do it again!
