What Do My Commitments Mean to You?

The purchase of a home is usually the largest, most important investment a person, or family, can make.  Whether it is a buyer's market, seller's market or balanced market, I possess the knowledge and the expertise to guide your towards a good investment decision. With over a thousand homes listed and sold over the last 30 years, I take pride in place my client's needs above all else.

Ethics:  I am one of the few practitioners of "single agency" in El Paso--meaning I represent only one party (buyer or seller but never both!) in a real estate transaction. When a real estate agent in the State of Texas represents both parties in the same transaction, Texas law prohibits the agent from providing any advice of opinions to either party. When embarking on the biggest investment most people make in their lifetime, wouldn't you want an agent who represents only YOUR interests, from start to finish?  My practice of single agency ensures that you will always be represented in the most effective manner possible.

Expertise:  I offer effective client representation by utilizing my vast knowledge of the real estate market and my skill in the negotiating process.  I am an El Paso native who knows the City and its neighborhoods;  almost without exception, I work 7 days a week and many hours throughout the week--my superior knowledge of El Paso's real estate market and commitment to hard work will benefit YOU!
