Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Pittsburg, CA.
In one word Steve is AMAZING!! Steve sold our house for us and was always one step ahead in the process. His communication as to the progress of the sale left me with no doubt as to what was happening. I highly recommend Steve, he will work with you in a very professional manner from start to finish. I will definately do business with him again!

Sold a home in 2013.
I had a challenging property to sell that was also part of a 1031 exchange. The added pressure of meeting specific property deadlines was not a problem for Steve. I have 2 other investment properties in California to sell in time and I will be asking Steve to assist in both transactions. To top everything off - all interaction was done over the phone since I am out of state!

Steve is a great guy. Will drop everything at the drop of a hat when you need him. He was very patient as we waded through many houses in the area. He also knows this area well. I would recommend him most definitely.

Bought a home in 2011.
Steve helped my son (Chris) and I find a perfect place for Chris' first home. In this tenuous environment of challenging "Short Sales" Steve's patience and positive outlook helped us focus and endure the highs and lows of this real estate market. Steve worked very well with the seller's agent to keep the communication portal clear and consistent to ensure we were always informed. Needless to say, Steve's knowledge of the neighborhoods was a tremendous benefit in selecting an ideal location. I truly appreciated his over and above accommodations to our unforgiving schedules in meeting us to view all the various homes for sale. Looking forward to working with Steve again!
