I was born in New York and moved to Cary, North Carolina when I was in 5th grade. I was class president of Cary High School in 1987 and went on to attend Louisburg College & NC State University to study Business Administration. I am a successful entrepreneur and business leader with over 20 years of experience managing diverse companies. My first business endeavor was the development and marketing of a fire retardant, Flame No More. As a high school student, I secured an investor to fund the product's testing for the Underwriter's Laboratory Seal of approval. I then opened one of the largest college nightclub in Raleigh, NC. While operating the nightclub, I opened Capital Style Luxury Transportation in Cary, NC. Capital Style was recognized as the largest ground transportation company in NC for the last 3 years I owned the company by the National Limousine Association Magazine. www.capitallimo.com Capital Style's 33 vehicles provide ground transportation for over a quarter of a million people annually. I was voted NC Limousine Association President2004 and 2005. I sold Capital Style Luxury Transportation June 2005. I specialize in commercial and residential real estate development and sales in the Triangle area. I am currently a broker for The Properties Group, Inc. based in Cary, NC. I have a real estate development company AEG Investments. which specializes in residential, commercial and office development in Wake County. I am a volunteer and actively involved in the local community in many ways. I am Vice President of Cary Visual Arts. My mission is to provide the highest possible service available to buyers and sellers by guiding them through the complexities of buying and selling their home or business.

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 in Zebulon, NC.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Apex, NC.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Marathon, FL.

Steve was a huge help and benefit in closing a property for us when we were not present. We were able to relax after noting that Steve took special care of out needs and requests, and negotiated on our behalf.
