As a young teacher I never thought I’d be able to buy a house. I met with countless loan officers and two realtors before Steve was recommended to me. I can’t say enough how fortunate I was to have Steve as my realtor. I saw a home in April that previous realtors wouldn’t show me. Short Sales are tough, and I didn’t think any of them wanted to take it on. When I met with Steve in July I was surprised to see my “perfect” home still on the market. Steve was happy to show it to me and we put an offer on the house. The buying process for me was so easy with Steve by my side. He was in constant contact with me, my loan officer, and the sellers to make this happen. I never had to ask for updates as Steve was in constant contact with me. I found Steve Lepage to be an excellent realtor, easy to work with, and an overall good guy. Being a first time home buyer he really helped me work through the process and ease my concerns. I found him to be highly knowledgeable in many areas other than just facilitating the deal. He was extremely helpful in explaining certain aspects and features of a home (HVAC, septic etc...). He was very responsive; anytime I needed him he was available. In addition, I feel my experience was a bit atypical going through a short sale before finally settling on a home. However, he worked with me every step of the way and in the end I came away very happy. I highly recommend Steve as a realtor if you are considering purchasing a home.

I was referred to Steve by my loan processor. She promised me that I was in good hands with Steve and she was absolutely right.
Before I had even gotten home from my trip to get a pre-approval that day, I had a personal email from Steve waiting in my inbox. He introduced himself, briefly described his experience, and even offered to provide references and testimonies from previous people he had helped find houses in the area. He offered to sit down with me to give me a 'home buying 101' to explain the process and what I could expect from start to finish.
The first thing I noticed about Steve when I went to meet with him is that he is very personable and genuinely wants to help people. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions.
He explained the process so well that when I left his office that day, I felt confident not only that I was ready to take the first step in becoming a first-time home owner, but also that he would be a great help in the entire sale process.
During the in-person meet and greet, he had made notes of what types of houses I was interested in and what features were selling points.
He sent me dozens of listings over the next few weeks, and walked me through a few houses that I thought had potential. Some houses did have potential, some didn't, and some I had just missed as they went under contract later that day. But Steve never faltered. He just kept sending me listings and walking me through houses at my leisure.
Before long, we finally found the one that I wanted.
When it finally came time to close on the house, there was a pretty major snafu that was entirely my fault which very nearly delayed the closing date.
Steve was right on top of the entire situation. He was negotiating on my behalf, pulling in outside resources to provide last-minute documentation, and generally giving it 120% to make sure that I would close on the date that I expected to.
It was through all of his hard work, dedication and expertise that I am able to write this review from the comfort of MY study in MY home.

I truly enjoyed working with Steve to list and sell my house. We are now in the process of finding another smaller house. This process will be written in another comment once we completed the transaction.
Steve was very knowledgeable about the market and provided us with valuable information. Before the house was put on the market, Steve had his own Interior Decorator to stage the house. He then had a real photographer to take the pictures of the house. All this process transformed my house into a gorgeous , beautiful house. He then send out gorgeous pictures to all the neighborhood and his vast clientele. Even though the market was soft but Steve managed to sell the house within a few weeks! A few houses in my area were not as successful as my house.
I truly believe that Steve's expertise could sell any house assigned to him!
Steve provided to me with such dedication, hard work , professionalism and a lot of patience. He is very friendly and caring. He was always there for you to answer all the questions. Steve will see through all the processes of selling the house until the new buyer moved in. He makes me feel very secure .

Working with Steve LePage was a wonderful, smooth, and rewarding experience. I'd dreamed about buying my first home for many years, but I had specific needs that limited my possibilities--I wanted a single-family home in a neighborhood where the majority of homes were selling for $50K more than I could afford. Prior to meeting Steve, I interviewed several agents who pointed out that my chances of buying such a home were quite slim. Steve, however, was very positive. By our first meeting, he'd already conducted market analysis of the neighborhood and showed me that about a dozen homes within my price range were sold in that neighborhood over the past year.
