Greetings!

My name is Steve Loraus and I happy to be here to meet all of your Real Estate needs.

I am an outgoing and energetic person who focuses on maintaining outstanding client relationships. I was born and raised in St. Louis Park, MN. I'm a graduate of St. Louis Park Senior High School and the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities Campus. I currently reside in Mound, MN and have been there for the past four years. When I'm not hard at work finding and selling houses for people; I spending time fishing, golfing, traveling, and researching real estate investments. I also enjoy spending time at my cabin Gull Lake near Brainerd.

I have been in the real estate business for 11 years and have done over $21 million in home sales, representing hundreds of buyers and sellers. My interest in and passion for real estate clearly shows when working with both buyers and sellers. I truly enjoy knowing that I have helped my clients find exactly what they were looking for in their decision to become a home owner. With my background and experience as a mortgage analyst, I have a financial savvy to ensure that my clients are getting the best deal possible; as well as, the ability to work with my buyers to ensure they are receiving the best financing options for their specific needs.
