Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Lincoln, NH.
We recently purchased a condo with Steve's help. Steve was always quick to respond and helped us move along our transaction very quickly as we had requested. He was very knowledgeable and had our best interests in mind. We would definitely recommend Steve to our friends and family.

Sold a home in 2010.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Lincoln, NH.
Steve was extremely helpful to us with our search for a vacation home in NH. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for which helped to narrow the search. After we finally found a property we were interested in, he helped us make an offer. Unfortunately we were out bid by another buyer. Steve went to work immediately and quickly found a similar property whose owner was interested in selling. We soon made an offer on this second place which was accepted. To show how Steve went the extra mile, we were looking to finish the basement, adding another bedroom, bath and family room. Steve helped us locate several contractors, develop the plans and request bids from the three contractors we were interested in talking with. For us this was invaluable, as we live two hours away and the leg work would have taken us hours to complete. The addition was quickly completed. Steve has continued to be of assistance even after the sale was complete.
