Steve was able to provide the best rate in the market for our refinancing and he was able to get us a better rate than the other 4 lenders we researched. Steve listened well to our needs and deliver as he promised. We will use Steve's services again in the future and highly recommended to my friends and family. I refinanced my loan twice with Nationwide Direct Mortgage, both times going through Steve. I have only positive things to say about everyone I dealt with at Nationwide, including Steve. Buying your first home is not fun at all. We were searching internet for information and saw the reviews of Nationwide Direct with a special mention of Steve everywhere. We gave him a call and I think that was the most fortunate moment that we got in touch with Steve. Before him I had talked to many other reps, but Steve was fabulous. It took us almost 8 months to get a house of our choice and Steve helped us through answering our questions patiently and promptly.
