As an Oregon native, I am extremely passionate about Portland and its surrounding area. I fully realize how lucky we are to live in this blessed metropolis where beautiful mountains, forests and rivers all converge and the nearby ocean begs us to come out and play.  


As passionate as I am with regards to my home state, I am equally so about real estate and marketing. I am fortunate to have a profession that allows me to deliver ownership of a small slice of Oregon. I also enjoy helping families choose that place where the majority of their most precious future memories will be made.  At the same time, I love marketing since I see it as the medium that allows a rare intersection between beautiful words and beautiful images. I view marketing as that special place where poetry and art not only meet but actually embrace each other and work together in harmony.

Bought a home in 2014.

Steve and his team (Sydney and Bob) were great to work with. They were ALWAYS available and very accommodating - even with short notice. Having just moved back to the area, they're advice and knowledge was invaluable in choosing the our home e.g. the right house in the right neighborhood. When we finally found our dream home, their team worked tirelessly to ensure a competitive offer was submitted. In fact, they were able to put together an offer package that was good enough to beat out 8 other offers! On top of that, Steve's team further negotiated a large price reduction during the repair negotiation (post house inspection) despite there being several back-up offers in place. If you're wondering who to go with, look no further....and if what was already said wasn't enough, I should mention that we reaped numerous other benefits from Steve and his team's industry relationships including free movers, a quick closing (under 30 days), and more. Sold a home in 2014.

My wife and I have repeatedly spoken to one another about how picking Steve and his team to be our Realtor, both buying and selling has been by far the best choice we have made in the entire house experience. Beginning with the first contact we quickly had example marketing materials, upon the first visit we were going over points to market and sell the house. The marketing materials produced were so good they my wife and I looked at each other and said "we want to live in THAT house!" The team is top notch, Sydney, Dana and ever member of the team we interacted with were incredibly responsive and helpful. We ended up making a contingent offer on a home which was accepted and entering a pending on our own sale within ten days of listing. There were complications with the purchase but Steve and Sydney guided us and buffered us from a lot and got things settled. I would, have, and will recommend Steve and his team to anyone!  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $550K in Happy Valley, OR.

Steve team helped us secure a home while being out of state. We did Face Time sessions of the homes we were interested in. We had few bumps on the road that with Steve's team we were able to overcome (low appraisal and last minute negotiations) We were not ready to move immediately so Steve staff checked on our home once a week, watered the plants and brought in mail until we were able to come to town and move into it.  More Less
