Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Ashcreek, Portland, OR.
Steve was a god send to the real estate process. I was actually able to relax and have 100% confidence that everything was being taken care (which I am rarely able to do). I will without a doubt work with Steve when it comes time for another transaction and will be highly recommending him to my friends and family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300K in Hillsboro, OR.
Lisa went above and beyond professional standards and made our home buying experience one of the best. She was very informative and always open to our questions. She is down to earth and a joyful person to be around. I can't say enough good things about Lisa and her team. I highly recommend her!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $375K in Tigard, OR.
Lisa found us our house in may of 2010. She and her team were amazing! She was extremely patient with us. Being first time home buyers we wanted to look at a lot! She was always upbeat, positive and most importantly honest! We really appreciated that she would suggest us not look at a house we had on a list because she knew what we wanted and did not want to waste our time! Her timely response to our emails and calls were great! She was always on top of everything before it even crossed our minds. Her knowledge of the area was incredibly helpful when it came time to finding a neighborhood! When we finally found our home she negotiated and got us a great price! We had a set back from the seller during escrow and she jumped on it before we could think twice! We have and always will suggest Lisa and her wonderful team to anyone we know buying or selling!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Hillsboro, OR.
Steve has been awesome to work with through my short sale process. The property was almost listed for a year and Steve and team were accomadating, resourceful and knowledgable about the process.
He did a great job looking out for our interests and was extremely sensitive and helpful with the conditions of our sale.
His office staff provide a variety of ways to process the necessary paperwork and was friendly and easy to work with.
Thanks Steve for your patience and hard work, it paid off and I'm truly grateful!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $550K in Happy Valley, OR.
She is incredible. Willing to help, goes above and beyond your expectations, efficient, provided all types of contact info for use at new location. She is prompt, friendly, and gets back to you when she says she will. Office staff also very efficient.

Steve helped us through a short sale that was one nightmare after another. Steve always remained calm, honest and knowledgeable about what to do next. THE Executive Home Team, i.e., Lisa Thoele and Steve were an exceptional asset to my family on our quest for our first (own) home. Being a first time home buyer, naturally, I had at least a billion or more questions; starting from before I was ready to buy, to the process of buying/making offers. Lisa was the most pleasant, genuine, nice person to accompany us on our search. She exercised patience and knowledge. She was able to make recommendations that were beneficial to our needs; without trampling or ignoring my "all figured out" thoughts and opinions. I will most definitely use them in my search for my next home (should I ever look). The transaction was so smooth and professionally taken care of, I really had nothing to worry about.
