My husband and I used him initially to look for condos to lease/rent and he help facilitate a purchase on the leased condo we were in. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Grand Rapids, MI.
We purchased the lot for our new home through Steve. I did not comment on negotiation in my review, as it did not apply. Steve and his team were great and very responsive.
