Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Escondido, CA.
We met Steve at a open house in our area and was immediately impressed with his knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism. A few months later, we listed our home with Steve and could not have been happier with the results. Our home sold quickly at a very favorable price, but that isn't the whole story. Steve represented us thoroughly throughout the entire process. He made important suggestions and recommendations concerning listing, staging and showing, maintenance and repair issues, and through multiple negotiations. He listened to us and balanced our needs with those of prospective buyers. Throughout, Steve provided the highest possible level of customer service. Bought a home in 2013.
I met Steve Webber at an Open House he was showing in May 2012. At that time I was looking to find a good realtor ... and that's exactly what I found in Steve! Steve is honest, friendly, easy to be around, organized, knowledgeable in real estate matters, accessible, and hard working. Throughout the whole house looking process, Steve sent me listings of available homes (in my price range) that he put on my personal website he made for me. He called or e-mailed me and told me of places he thought I might want to look at. He would also, at times, check with me and see if I had found a house I'd like to see. What struck me the most about Steve though was that he really did have my best interest at heart. It wasn't that he just wanted to make a quick sale, he truly wanted me to find a place I could afford and be happy with not only now, but also in the future. When it came time to make an offer, or later on, time to sign papers, Steve was always ready with all the necessary paperwork. He was honest with me and able to answer questions I had or would find out the answers, if he didn't know. I valued his opinion. Something else that made a big impression on me about Steve was that he was willing to pitch in and help with dirty jobs, like when I needed to clear dirt away from the septic access so the septic could get pumped and inspected. Steve offered to help, and did help, without my even asking! Steve Webber has met and has exceeded any expectations I had of a good realtor. I highly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a good realtor to choose Steve Webber.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Escondido, CA.
Steve is a very caring, conscientious and accommodating salesperson. He was always eager and willing to show me anything I wanted to see; however, he was also caring enough to point out drawbacks - such as a street that was just too busy. He patiently answered the same questions over again and made sure he addressed what was bothering me. He was always there for me and I never felt he had some where else he had to be. It really was a pleasure to work with Steve. Very professional and yet down to earth!

Steve is very patient with us and he gives good advice on buying a house in Escondido. Steve is a very kind and friendly person. He is responsive when we want to schedule appointment to see one of his listings. We feel very comfortable working with Steve.
