I have used Steve as my realtor in the last 20 yrs to buy my first home, sell my home, buy my second home, sell my second home and buy my current home. I have used his services because he asked the right questions to find the perfect home for me. As my income and needs changed, he was there to find the next perfect home. He knows the area, he knows the current real estate market, and he is realistic when listing a house so that it sells.
