Selecting an agent that can best represent your needs is a key factor when deciding to buy or sell your home. Before choosing a realtor we Interviewed six senior agents from local real-estate firms in our home. We asked for a free market analysis and how they where going to market our home if they where picked to represent us. We looked for seasoned veterans with local knowledge experience, strong listening skills, and solid communications that was important. In the end Steve Boyles communications skills and personal insight to best market our home supported by his excellent staff made choosing a realtor very easy.

We have listed and sold two homes with Steve. He was low key and easy to work with and resourceful in bringing many people to view our homes. Both times our homes were sold within two weeks of the listing - and for above the market value. The last time during a buyers market! He handled multiple offers expertly and efficiently and quickly and effectively communicated throughout the entire listing/selling/buying process.
If you want the best deal with no drama, Steve's the guy.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Ravenna, OH.
My wife and I met Mr. Boyles at an open house about a year before we entered into any contracts. Steve patiently spent that time to learn our interests. When the house we eventually bought came onto the market, he intuitively called us before it was even listed. We promptly bought it, then put our previous home on the market. Everything was completed without a single misstep. First rate service. This guy knows the ropes of the business well and employs them admirably.

I have used Steve as my realtor in the last 20 yrs to buy my first home, sell my home, buy my second home, sell my second home and buy my current home. I have used his services because he asked the right questions to find the perfect home for me. As my income and needs changed, he was there to find the next perfect home. He knows the area, he knows the current real estate market, and he is realistic when listing a house so that it sells. I was in constant communication with him and at times I knew he did not want to take my calls but he was very professional and responded to every little thing I wanted. He walked me thru the entire buying and selling process step by step. He gave sound advice during both sides of the negotiations processes--buying and selling. I would recommend him for anyone who needs a realtor. And thanks to him, I am now residing in my wonderful dream home!
Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Stow, OH.
Don't really know what up with this 21 century broker nor his assoc. Vikki i listed my house with them over 70 days ago for sale. Still waiting for a for sale sign in the yard They did place a for rent sign in my yard after i complained and a month went by.
They have listed my house with the wrong number of bedrooms the wrong number of baths and the wrong number of rooms. So for 70 days the people wanting a home with 5 bedrooms would not even consider this home and oitside services have price my home below my asking price because they believe the false listing.
I have had conversations with my listing agent vikki but now I see steve has taken over the listing without my knowledge or consent (He was interviewed and I didn't go with him as my agent but i thought century 21 agent were professional) and she has repeatedly told me the listing paperwork change is in the works. The century 21 website has not even been changed nor is it listed in 21's site as a rental. Why? vikki's solution was to drop the asking price and rental price mine was to try a correct listing this house and addition cost over $250,000 to build my asking price is 160,000 I'm aware of it's defects and am improving site. Not sure if house has even been in the paper I've never seen it and agent hasn't informed me.
