If you have a reasonable suspicion just walk away!
Call local Realtors for comps if you can't find them yourself. They would be happy to help you out.
MLSPIN MLS # 71517374 I suddenly noticed this listing not on Zillow. I went to add open house and it wasn't there. I searched by address to try to claim it but did not see it
Lately condos at Swan Pond have been selling either side of $250K depending on condition.
There's an old saying about termites. If you haven't had them, treated them and have them under control.....you will sooner or later. If there was little or no structural damage it shouldn't be a problem.
Need ideas: The town of Walpole Ma. Has 3 Zips with associated names. Walpole, South Walpole and East Walpole. Searching for Walpole homes for sale on sites like Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com etc. only deliver results for the main zip code. Homes in the other 2 zips are ignored. Big problem, as people think of the town as one, which it is. The natural thing to do when searching in the town of Walpole is to ask for Walpole, not sections. Nearby towns such as Attleboro and North Attleboro are actually different towns. I was told by realtor.com some time ago that everything is driven by zip. Has anyone else recognized this problem and think it deserves attention as much as I do?
The numbers can be all over the place depending on where they came from and if they were updated after additions.
