    Steve is wonderful to work with. He really listens to your needs and wants and does a fantastic job matching you with homes that tick off most, if not all, of the boxes on your list. He calls back or emails within hours, not days, and is very, very friendly and helpful. He works with a wonderful mortgage broker team to get you the best possible deals and really knows the ins and outs of the real estate process.     Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Carmel, IN.
    Steve was a great resource to us in buying our first home. He was able to show us multiple homes in the area, and when we found the one we were interested in, he was able to quickly and efficiently guide us through the complicated process. Out of all the people we worked with during the home-buying process, Steve was always the mediator, making sure that we received what we needed, but also that we understood everything that was going on.     Steve wass very professional and was wonderful with his follow up and quick response.

    We didn't purchase a home at this time, however, if we do in the future decide to do so I will definitely have Steve as our realtor and will highly recommend him.
