When my husband and I first met Steve in January, we were hoping to be in a new home within a year. Steve sold our home after only 10 days on the market, and we were in our dream home by March! When you work with Steve, he makes you feel like you're his only client. He exceeded our expectations every step of the way.<br/><br/>We had never sold a home before, and Steve walked us through that process in a way that made it not so overwhelming. His suggestions for getting our house on the market were not only manageable but also mindful of our time (with a 1-year old and a 2-year old at home) and our budget. <br/><br/>Once our house was on the market, we started looking at new houses with Steve, and he had listened so carefully to us that he knew our needs better than we knew them ourselves! He went out of his way to make time for us and worked tirelessly, sometimes in the evenings and on the weekends, to make sure we found the perfect home. <br/><br/>Throughout the negotiations and even right up to the day of closing, Steve found ways to save us money. Sold a home in 2015.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $375K in Carmel, IN.

Steve Clark and his assistant Beth Givan were awesome to work with. My husband and I just bought a house in Carmel,IN with their help. We were primarily looking at properties in Carmel and Steve is very knowledgeable in that area. We are first time home buyers and had a lot of questions and concerns and very hesitant about putting offers. Steve and Beth were very patient and answered every single question. They were patient when we took time to make an offer and did not push us but at the same time advised us whether the property would sell fast or not. Once, we took way too long to make an offer on a property we liked, it slipped us like Steve warned, so we learned to listen to him and take his advice. They were very accommodating too, if we couldn't make it during the day we would meet very early in the morning or at night to look at listings. We found a beautiful home and made an offer, from there it was such a smooth process. Steve and Beth took care of everything. The people they recommended whether it is for house inspection or finance or home insurance were excellent as well. Our house inspector was very thorough, we definitely plan to use him in the future. He found a some mold in the crawlspace and Steve immediately had his guys give an estimate for the cleanup and negotiated with the sellers to take care of it completely. Steve himself had a thorough look at the house after the inspection and made notes and asked the sellers about them. We did not had to think about anything. Beth was always in contact with the bank and making sure things were going smoothly. The only time we had to extend ourselves was to make an offer on the house and transfer the down payment, that is how involved the Steve Clark team is. I am going back to them in the future whether it is to buy or sell a property. Thank you Steve and Beth for a very tension free experience.  More Less

Bought a home in 2014 in Fairwood Hills, Indianapolis, IN 46256.

I would confidently recommend Steve Clark and his team for finding your new home. My husband and I were transferred to the Indianapolis area from Cincinnati with a few short weeks notice. To make things more exciting, we were expecting our first child. We were still working in Cincinnati so we were limited to weekend showings only. Steve and Beth showed us 24 different houses within 3 weekends until we found the one for us. Once the buying process started, they were always available with knowledgeable advice and kept us up to date until the day of the closing. We always felt they had our best interest in mind.
