But because of Steve's experience and network of people he regularly deals with, the process was easy and smooth for us with no traveling needed. I was even able to close without coming to closing. Plus, because of his expertise and his advice that I followed, our house sold in about a month! If I ever buy or sell a house in the Indianapolis area again, I wouldn't use anyone else. When my husband and I first met Steve in January, we were hoping to be in a new home within a year. Steve sold our home after only 10 days on the market, and we were in our dream home by March! My husband and I just bought a house in Carmel,IN with their help.
We were primarily looking at properties in Carmel and Steve is very knowledgeable in that area.
We are first time home buyers and had a lot of questions and concerns and very hesitant about putting offers. Steve and Beth were very patient and answered every single question. They were patient when we took time to make an offer and did not push us but at the same time advised us whether the property would sell fast or not. Once, we took way too long to make an offer on a property we liked, it slipped us like Steve warned, so we learned to listen to him and take his advice. They were very accommodating too, if we couldn't make it during the day we would meet very early in the morning or at night to look at listings. We found a beautiful home and made an offer, from there it was such a smooth process. Steve and Beth took care of everything. The people they recommended whether it is for house inspection or finance or home insurance were excellent as well. Our house inspector was very thorough, we definitely plan to use him in the future. He found a some mold in the crawlspace and Steve immediately had his guys give an estimate for the cleanup and negotiated with the sellers to take care of it completely. Steve himself had a thorough look at the house after the inspection and made notes and asked the sellers about them. We did not had to think about anything. Beth was always in contact with the bank and making sure things were going smoothly. The only time we had to extend ourselves was to make an offer on the house and transfer the down payment, that is how involved the Steve Clark team is. I am going back to them in the future whether it is to buy or sell a property. Thank you Steve and Beth for a very tension free experience.
