Sold a home in 2012.
Steve was great to work with. We moved away from the Tampa area for a job promotion and got stuck with an underwater town home. The short sale process can be very frustrating and stressful especially when you live half the country away. Steve lined out the process for us and made sure we were aware of all of the possibilities and outcomes. When the bank was difficult to deal with and less than accommodating, Steve gave us great advise that payed off in the end.
