Steve did a great job!! He sold my place in 1 day and was able to find our dream home in just a few weeks. We closed in 45 days. Very professional and was very knowledgable of the real-estate market. Highly recommend Steve!!

Stephen was a tremendous help when it came time to sell my home. I had already purchased a new home and he was very aware of the financial hardship that I was under. He was very flexible and provided helpful advice based on my needs not his. His knowledge of real current market conditions allowed me to make the selling of my home (even in a not-so-ideal market) a surprisingly positive experience.

Steve was great to work with. We moved away from the Tampa area for a job promotion and got stuck with an underwater town home. The short sale process can be very frustrating and stressful especially when you live half the country away. Steve lined out the process for us and made sure we were aware of all of the possibilities and outcomes. When the bank was difficult to deal with and less than accommodating, Steve gave us great advise that payed off in the end. The team that Steve recommended we work with on the legal and financial aspects were also wonderful. Steve really understands every aspect of the short sale process and supported us at every stage. We would highly recommend Steve to anyone who wants to work with a true professional.

Working with Steve and his team was fantastic. As I had no prior experience in selling a home (let alone short selling) I had multiple questions and concerns throughout the process. Steve had the knowledge and patience to guide me through the process. Steve's understanding of the local market allowed me to price the house where it needed to be to gain bank approval and still close in less than 90 days.

I used Stephen's service from abroad when selling my Tampa, Florida residence through a short sale process. From the start, all aspects were made clear, which was very reassuring, seeing that I was selling the property whilst living in the United Kingdom. Within 6 months or less, taking in consideration the horribly slow market, Stephen found a buyer. Once the contract started, his office began the contact with my 1st and 2nd mortgage companies to release me from the large debt that was reflective of selling a house in Florida at that time. He always responded to my questions and emails in a prompt manner and I feel very confident that he would do the same for anyone else that chooses to use his service. All in all, he relieved a large burden from me that I had little to no control over, whilst living abroad. Big "thank you" to Stephen and his team!

Last year I had the pleasure of working with Stephen and his team of professionals. They took the time to explain the whole home buying process and what to expect. Stephen walked me through the financing process and actual purchasing steps there after. Even though I purchased a Short Sale which took some time, Stephen new exactly what to expect which made the waiting period a whole lot more bearable. I don't think I could recommend Steve any higher, he is a consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and actually listens to your wants and needs as far as what you're looking for in a home. I know not everyone will be as lucky, but we found our home during our very first trip looking, and we never would have even considered the area if Steve had not suggested we check out "just one more place". Last place we looked and we just moved into our new home last week and we couldnt be happier. If you're working with anyone else you're missing out.

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2011 in Swann Estates, Tampa, FL.
My wife and I worked with Stephen (Sexaur Real Estate) and he helped us find our dream house in S. Tampa. Stephen was very knowledgeable and helped us from start to finish. He did an analysis of the average home price in the area, which helped us with our negotiation, and he also convinced the the builder to reduce his initial asking price. This saved us thousands of dollars! :) We now have a beautiful house that we love and we are very happy with our purchase! I called Steve when I was close to foreclosure. Steve assisted me with a shortsale that saved me from foreclosure. His services were professional, knowledgable, & responsive. I was so pleased with his services that I referred him to a friend who also retained his services for shortsale.
