Steve Schwartz used to be a traveling man.  He spent over twenty years visiting the Caribbean and Bahamian Islands, setting aside several months each year to relax and pursue opportunities in Key West.  Nine years ago Steve decided to settle down and it was Key West that he wanted to call 'home".  He purchased that "island casa" and established himself in the real estate business.

When asked what he most enjoys about living in Key West, Steve unhesitatingly answers, "The people..  The people of Key West are unique in their friendliness and in their generous commitment toward their community.  And, of course, the water!".

Steve's  commitment to his clients is vigorous. Over the years he has had built over 10,000 homes and presently enjoys record breaking property sales in Key West.  He is professional and diligent in his efforts and he sometimes borrows the quip, "Work every day until it's sold!".
The current mood of the real estate market in Key West, has opportunities that have never been better for the astute BUYER. Steve Schwartz is a very busy man.  But he never forgets what drew him like a magnet to this paradise island.  He still finds time to enjoy the water, boating and fishing being two of his favorite ways to relax.
